The beginning!

As any in this world has a beginning and this blog has its starting point in this day of December 11, 2011 from the desire of the author (a man who likes sport) to interact with all who love the sport regardless of discipline, with all who like movement in any form as a practice as old Latin proverb says that that I really like me "Mens sana in corpore Sano" healthy mind in healthy body, I think this can be achieved only through sport, by moving as long as possible.

So broadly try to promote sport in this site, so movement by its articles and by various materials, news and a continuous documentations.I  say that i'm a "small" sport fan, especially football, tennis, handball, rugby, skiing and other sports.All people  who love sport, exercise and healthy life and want to share different ideas on these issues with various comments with mee are welcome.
